Improbable Players: actors, colleagues and friends occasionally schedule sessions to develop scenes and stories for a new play. If you would like to join the sessions call or email to get the details.

  • Recognize that everyone is affected by substance / use / abuse--one's own or someone else's.
  • Look at many kinds of addictions.
  • Discover old patterns and ways to break these patterns.
  • Observe roles we play in various situations and focus on the group as subject.
  • See what the process of recovery can mean through time.
  • Work in a non-threatening, non-judgemental method of experiencing problem-solving using improvisation, music, writing and visual arts.

The spirit of workshops is creative exploration through sociodrama.

Improbable Players is located in the Watertown Center for Healing Arts
