CASA Columbia's new national study (June 2011) declares "teen substance use is more prevalent than many other risky health behaviors facing teens today, including being overweight, experiencing symptoms of depression and being a victim of bullying." ....and further, "it is a critical public health concern deserving of national attention."

CASA Columbia is a think tank that focuses on the study of all forms of substance abuse and how it affects society.
